If you are unsure how to get the URL timestamp then look under your tweet where it says "10 seconds (or however many seconds (or) minutes) ago" and click that./ That is called a "Timestamp" please note, sometimes it takes a few seconds for twitter to assign a timestamp after you tweet. In this case, keep refreshing and be patient. It usually only takes a few seconds, unless twitter is over capacity!
