I am hosting a Locomotion of Giving contest you can pay to participate and it will start December 1st and end on Christmas Eve. I will start promoting it Sept 1st! There are packages you can pay to promote your social media (Twitter, Blog, Facebook!) It will be 5$ for single entry method, 9$ for two, and 12 for all three! The cash prize depends on how many people participate. The winner will be awarded with an Amazon gift card. You are welcome to enter too, of course. If you know anyone that would like to enter with you, and be promoted please pass the info on! Just comment on the blog, facebook or DM me on twitter to tell me your interested. (Please leave your email address, there will be a 2$ non-refundable signup fee, that will be discounted from your cost later. IE if you want one social media boost and you pay the 2$ signup fee, you will owe 3$ later and so forth.) I am compiling a list and will send invoices on  Nov 20th will be the last day to signup! You may also contact me via my blog @ Locomotion of Expressions where it says "Contact" underneath the header! Thanks so much! Hope you'll visit us, even if you choose not to participate.
You may receive a two dollars off your final bill on Nov 20th if you blog about this sweepstakes.. blog must be very detailed- Not just one sentence.
You can also choose to tweet daily. If you tweet this contest daily for one calendar month you may receive one social media boost for free.
However, that being said, if you get one for free, you still must buy one to participate.

Basically what it is is people pay per social media boost. They are then all compiled in a list. Entrants can win big money by liking the pages... it could be a list of 10 or 500. Depends on how many people pay to play. The people who pay, can also enter. That's pretty much it, It will be part of the rules, to grab a button for it. I will have one tomorrow and edit this out and place a grab me code here. Besides that - I've also offered 2 dollars off for people to blog about it, AND one free social media boost for 31 tweets (1 ea day!) Deadline for entering is Nov 20th- Starts Dec 1st winner announced Xmas eve. Will have til Jan 3rd to claim. Next winner has a week. I will email 3x. If they don't answer, they lose. I'm offering an Amazon Gift Card. No profit Whatsoever to me of monetary value. Paypal charges fees, that's why I chose Amazon. That's pretty much the fine print (quite literally!) If you have any questions feel free to email me!
Please share ths info with your friends any way you see fit- email, facebook, twitter, word of mouth.. especially if they are a blogger and/or enter a lot of giveaways!
Thanks for your time!

GLEE SEASON 2 DVD STRIKES A CHORD WITH “GIVE A NOTE” CAMPAIGN TO HELP SAVE ARTS PROGRAMS IN SCHOOLS

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment Teams Up with National Association for Music Education to Award $1 Million in Grants to 73 High Schools Nationwide

LOS ANGELES (Sept. 9, 2011) – Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment (TCFHE) and the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) announced today “GLEE Give a Note,” a campaign to donate $1 million to school arts programs across the country. Starting today, eligible high schools are invited to submit videos about why their school deserves a grant at www.GleeGiveANote.com. In December 2011, after two rounds of voting, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment will name the 73 schools that will receive grants ranging from $10,000 to $50,000.

High school students everywhere are encouraged to harmonize, boogie or conduct their submission in video form – the more creative, the better. On October 4, eligible entries will be posted on www.GleeGiveANote.com and put up for public vote for 30 days. A panel composed of NAfME members will conduct a final vote and the 73 winning schools will be notified in December. There will be three grand prizes of $50,000 each; 10 first prizes of $25,000 each; and 60 second prizes of $10,000 each.

“Millions of kids are attending schools where music programs have been cut. Each week, GLEE is sticking up for school music, giving a voice to students and teachers who understand that music is essential to a complete education,” said Michael A. Butera, executive director, National Association for Music Education. “Our organization is fighting every day to keep music in our schools so that every kid has the chance to experience it. With GLEE’s support of music education programs, millions of students won’t have to stop believing!”

“We are thrilled about the extraordinary success of Glee on DVD, as it is a true reflection of the fans appetite for this phenomenal series,” said Mary Daily, executive vice president for Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. “One dollar for every Blu-ray and DVD sold with a $1 million dollar guaranteed donation will go towards saving music and arts programs in public schools through the Glee Give a Note Project.”

For more information, including official rules, visit www.GleeGiveANote.com. Glee: The Complete Second Season arrives on Blu-ray and DVD September 13, 2011.

I loved the Glee Project, but I missed the last episode. I was so mad when the booted Hannah! She had the best voice, like- it gave me chills, and she was so pretty for a big girl. I almost cried when the booted her! NOT FAIR!
But no- I don't even know who won, because it made me so mad! LOL!
