In all of my reviews I am terribly honest .. I really didn't notice a huge difference in energy levels. I also take a few other pills daily, so this was annoying to me to have to take 3 of these. Also it's quite hard to judge on a sample pack of only 5 days worth. But, the ingredient list is good. It seems like just any other multi-vitamin in my opinion. There's nothing wrong with that. But I have taken pills that will make you bounce off the walls. Which is what I was expecting with this. Not what I got. But most people do not like that anyway. I do!
